We must distinguish between the time needed to become sustainable and the time needed to implement the Sustainability Protocol.

The first case is difficult to estimate since the variables involved in the process are many and of various nature. However, we can consider “a few years” an appropriate estimate.

As regards the time necessary to implement the Sustainability Protocol, we can consider an average time of three/six months, depending on the size of the company and the complexity of its processes.

This estimate refers exclusively to the implementation of the Sustainability Protocol and the possible drafting of the Sustainability Report, therefore excluding the time necessary for the possible implementation of ISO management systems.
