Smart Tannery Consulting is the product of Paolo Fuselli’s thirty years’ experience in the tannery business sector.
It is in 1997 that Paolo enters the tannery business as a commercial apprentice supporting the management and technical sales division, with the aim of managing the main European footwear and leather goods business sectors.
A complete newcomer, he observes, listens and learns everything this exciting opportunity has to offer, thus beginning his training in the industry.
With each and every year, client, leather, and tannery, Paolo’s experience keeps growing. In 2019, he decides to give shape and substance to all the knowledge that was gathered over the years by becoming a consultant.
Smart Tannery Consulting sees the light in 2023 and acts as a repository of the vast experience which Paolo Fuselli has matured by working within major Italian tanneries for many years and serving as a consultant for the many more years that followed.
His extensive commercial background coupled with his consultancy activity are the foundation of the company’s VISION, MISSION and VALUES.
